Personal Strength Training

AP Fitness offers a wide array of strength training programs.

Each Program is custom tailored to the individuals strength and fitness goals but also takes into account fitness level of the individual being trained.

As and individual progresses and changes to the fitness program are made, there are also corresponding changes made to the diet and meal plan being constructed to properly supply the workouts being completed.

Emphasis on proper technique and form that prevents injuries and helps promote lean muscle growth. Focus is always target towards specific muscles groups being worked on.
